Current/recent residents and program participants (at Eva’s now or were at Eva’s up to 2 years ago):
Please contact the facility you are or were involved with. They will let you know how to share your feedback.
Past residents and program participants (at Eva’s more than 2 years ago) and other people (e.g. community partners, past/present donors):
- Email [email protected] with your name, contact information, and details of your feedback
- Call our main number at 416-977-4497
- Mail a letter to Eva’s Administrative Office (401 Richmond Street West, Suite 245, Toronto, ON, M5V 3A8) with your name, contact information, and details of your feedback
We promise that we will acknowledge receipt of your feedback within 24-48 hours. Where follow-up is required, we will let you know about the next steps within 48 hours of acknowledging receipt of your feedback.
Any current or past resident at our facilities:
You may provide feedback or make a complaint to the City of Toronto’s Shelter, Support & Housing Administration. This process is for anyone who wants to provide feedback about housing and homelessness services directly delivered or funded by the City.
